Oh that's easy, I see that there was an inactive cull done about 8 hours ago, where guild activity is tracked using these forums and not in-game. You may not have logged on to these forums for a while (a month was the cut-off), and need to reapply. Just pop up an application again and it will be sorted ASAP.
