Hello there!
I'm a veteran player who's been playing this game since it released in 2013. Have around 6000 hours played. I've been guildless for a while now simply because I couldn't find a guild that suited me: a social, polite and overall friendly community. Reading your thread on the poe forums, it seems to me you're like that, and I would very much like to be a part of such a community.
About me:
I'm from Croatia (EU), aged 30, currently a high-school teacher in philosophy. I very much enjoy the social aspect of PoE and that is the reason why I would want to join your guild. I am currently preparing for the 3.0 launch by testing stuff in the beta realm and would love to have someone to discuss the forthcoming changes with.
Even more importantly, though, I would really love to have someone to play with when the 3.0 launches. I.e. a group where we would plan out our roles ahead and participate in the XP race in the first few days. I am somewhat competitive, I like being amongst the first 100 on the ladder (I play only "softcore" and only temp leagues, almost never standard, very rarely do I try HC temp leagues). So far I was mostly successful in that, not only in the 3-month leagues, but also in races, which I sometimes enjoy participating in. I would also like to be part of your discord or teamspeak, whichever you use, as I believe that is an important part of playing together and especially playing semi-competitively.
In short, I'm looking for a community which could offer a place for someone like me, and you guys seem to be it
