I hereby apply for membership in Old Players Association, even though I fall short on one of the requirements. But since there is a slim chance to be accepted anyway I post this application. When I read your presentation I felt that you in OPA are a good match for my kind of gaming social life.
According to GGG, my Joined Date is Jan 24, 2013. Which is true, but does not reflect anything about my experience or knowledge about PoE! It is fair to say that I am totally new to the game, as of the last couple of weeks. That means I do not have the required character to join the guild. What I lack in actual PoE experience I compensate with decades of online and offline gaming experience. I am far from being particularly skilled in any game, but I do enjoy trying to do as good as I can, especially together with others. Titles that stand out in my personal list of great games are (in no particular order) Shadowbane, Final Fantasy XIV, Warframe, Monster Hunter series, World of Warcraft, Dauntless, Black Desert Online, StarWars Galaxies, Phantasy Star Online, and the Dark Souls series.
The other requirements for joining OPA I do meet. I am a little more than three times the required age; I am fairly fluent in English (even though Swedish is my mother tongue); I am a friendly and courteous person both in and out of game; I am a firm believer in fair and righteous gameplay and would never cheat, scam or other wise destroy mine and others gaming experience by doing so; and, my account name and character names are fairly decent for a fantasy game and (hopefully!) not offensive (account "clansgurr", and character "InariByakko").
When I am not playing games I'm father of four and husband of one. My day job is as a clinical psychologist at a child and adolescent psychiatric outpatient clinic.
